The Tennessee Association of Convention & Visitors Bureaus (TACVB) is dedicated to the advancement of issues and activities deemed to be in the best interest of the Tennessee tourism industry and, specifically, the membership of the organization.
 Regular Members: Any qualified Convention and Visitors Bureau, Tourist Commission, Chamber of Commerce or other destination marketing organization located in the State of Tennessee shall be eligible for membership in TACVB. Organizations in this category are limited to those that have been designated by local government as their area’s destination marketing organizations.
Affiliate Members: TACVB may allow membership in the organization by suppliers to the industry and other groups or organizations upon approval of the Executive Committee and the payment of the appropriate dues. Examples of affiliate members include, but are not limited to, printers, magazine publishers, advertising agencies, hotels, etc.
Benefits: Our members represent a diverse constituency in their communities of businesses and services that serve travelers. Some of the member benefits include:
- Opportunity for professional dialogue and exchange of ideas with industry leaders
- Participation in cooperative marketing projects in a way that is effective and economical
- Peer consulting program made up of fellow bureau members
